Training for Beginners

Level: Beginner (no prior experience required)

This course is for everyone who wants to learn the correct technique for installing JEM PPF protective film. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you will gain solid basics, learn to work with the film, prepare the vehicle, and apply it correctly.

Training program:

Day 1 (9:00–17:00) – Theory and preparation

• Introduction to PPF: What is PPF protective film and how does it work?
• Overview of JEM PPF – features and benefits
• Vehicle preparation for application
• Cutting software and plotter operation
• Proper vehicle photography for pre-cut patterns
• Customizing parts according to client wishes
• Tools used and preparation of solutions
• Lunch
• Practical part:
  • Washing and decontamination of paint
  • Removing handles, trims, badges
  • Demonstration of correct film handling 

Day 2 (9:00–17:00) – Practice and PPF application

• Installation of pre-cut film
• Most common mistakes and how to avoid them
• Lunch
• Application of PPF without pre-cut
• Sales strategy, promotion, and building customer network
• Final PPF installation without assistance
