A versatile set for preparation and application of protective PPF film, ideal for applications on both interior and exterior parts of vehicles. This set includes four quality application liquids ensuring efficient and precise film installation. Without squeegee – intended for users who already have a squeegee or other tools and need only liquids for flawless bonding.

Set contents (4×300 ml):

• Isopropyl alcohol 99% – degreasing and surface preparation before film application

• IPA + distilled water mixture – application solution for bonding PPF film

• Installation shampoo – for easy handling of the film and smooth sliding during application

• Distilled water – pure thinner for dilution and other special uses

All-in-one – ready to use.
Ideal for PPF film applications on larger surfaces, including exteriors.

PPF JEM Application:

• If possible, remove parts from the vehicle that might release dirt during bonding (badges, trims, logos, lights, handles, etc.)
• Wash the vehicle very thoroughly. Remove all contamination on the paint (asphalt, fallout rust, adhesive residues from protective film used during new vehicle transport, etc.)
• After parking the vehicle at the application site, it is advisable to use wheel covers and connect the vehicle to a power supply.
• Try to minimize dust in the working environment and avoid working in clothing that might shed lint.
• Dry PPF is statically charged after removing the carrier layer, so it is important to work in a way that prevents dust particles from sticking to the adhesive side.
• Use the correct solution and bonding technique to avoid damaging the adhesive, preventing unwanted streaks, bubbles, or adhesive tears.
• Degrease the edges of the part to be bonded with clean IPA and decontaminate each part before bonding with soft clay.
• Lightly spray a solution of shampoo and distilled water on the part to be bonded and both sides of the PPF (distilled water leaves no stains after drying). Add 1 ml of shampoo to 500 ml of water (more shampoo is recommended at higher workshop temperatures or when bonding complex parts).
• The shampoo solution protects the adhesive during handling and positioning of the PPF on the part but does not activate the adhesive on the paint. Therefore, it must be rinsed off with clean water, preferably distilled water, applied generously using a pressure sprayer.
• For positioning and stretching the material, hold the film corners on adjacent parts and rinse off the shampoo solution preferably outside the area where the PPF is applied (e.g., hold the hood by the fenders and below the lights and bumper).
• Carefully remove excess shampoo solution with a squeegee to avoid residues or bubbles, and rinse edges with clean water.
• If you need to fix the material immediately, use a solution of distilled water and IPA in a 1:3 ratio.
• Dry the applied film with a towel and check for dirt or water residues under the film.
• Trim excess material as needed and depending on the part type by 3–4 mm for folding over the edge.
• Fold immediately using a non-woven fabric and a heat gun. Gradually push out all water from the edges while heating the adhesive side with the heat gun set to 65°C.
• The vehicle can be handed over after 24–48 hours depending on the season.
