The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR").

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you inquire about our products or services, we will use the contact details you provide, especially via the inquiry form. This includes your full name and email address.

Why do we process these data?
We use this data to contact you and arrange details regarding services and sales of vehicle protection products.

On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process the data?
If we do not continue our cooperation, we will retain your data for up to 24 months after our last communication.


B. Processing of personal data when you make a purchase

When you make a purchase, we process the data you provide, primarily your billing details: name, surname, address, email and phone number.

Why do we process these data?
We need these details to fulfill the contract – to deliver goods or services. We also use them to inform you about the status of your order, respond to inquiries, or handle complaints.
We also process the data in order to comply with legal obligations (mainly tax and accounting).

On what legal basis?
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract,
Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.

How long will we process the data?
For the duration of the contract and then for 60 months after the last delivery of goods or services.


C. Newsletters (commercial communication)

If you are our customer and did not opt out during purchase, we may use your email address to send you news and updates.

On what legal basis?
Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services.

How long will we process the data?
5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the email or by contacting us at info@jemppf.cz.


II. Who can access your data?

Your data stays with us. However, some external service providers who assist us in running our e-shop may also have access, such as:

  • Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., Company ID 289 35 675) – our e-shop platform provider,

  • shipping companies (GLS, Zásilkovna, PPL),

  • payment service providers (GoPay, Shoptet),

  • email service providers,

  • marketing agency.

We process personal data solely within the European Union.

  • We do not have a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO).

  • We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
