Johnson's Baby Shampoo 300 ml – gentle baby shampoo best suited for making the solution for bonding PPF films. 

PPF Application by JEM:

• Thoroughly clean the interior. Remove all dirt, dust, stickers, etc.
• Try to minimize dust inside the vehicle and avoid wearing clothes that may shed lint or hair while working.
• Dry PPF film is statically charged after removing the backing layer, so it is important to work in a way that prevents dust particles from sticking to the adhesive side.
• Use the correct solution and bonding technique to avoid damaging the adhesive, preventing unwanted streaks, bubbles, or adhesive tears.
• Degrease the part to be bonded with pure IPA.
• Lightly spray the shampoo and distilled water solution on the part to be bonded and both sides of the PPF film (distilled water leaves no stains after drying inside the vehicle). Use 1–1.5 ml shampoo per 500 ml water.
• The shampoo solution protects the adhesive during handling and positioning of the PPF film on the part, but it does not activate the adhesive on the paint. Therefore, rinse it off with clean water, preferably distilled, applied with a pressure sprayer.
• Carefully squeegee off any excess shampoo solution to avoid any residues or bubbles.
• Dry the applied film with a towel and check for any dirt or water residues under the film.
