JEM Puffy Microfiber

Extremely fluffy microfiber with long, thick fibers. Perfect for leveling all types of waxes on the finest paints. It is ideal wherever you need absolute delicacy. Thanks to the special structure of the PUFFY TOWEL fibers, it is great for vehicle interiors when leveling plastic wrap or polishing to remove excess polishes from the paint between polishing stages.

JEM PPF Application:

• Thoroughly clean the interior. Remove all dirt, dust, stickers, etc.
• Try to minimize dust inside the vehicle during work and do not apply while wearing clothing that could release lint or fibers.
• Dry PPF is statically charged after removing the liner, so it is important to work to avoid dust particles sticking to the adhesive side.
• Use the correct solution and application technique to prevent damage to the adhesive and the formation of unwanted streaks, bubbles, or adhesive tears.
• Degrease the bonded part with clean IPA.
• Lightly spray the bonded part and both sides of the PPF with a shampoo and distilled water solution (distilled water will not leave spots on the interior after drying). Add 1–1.5 ml of shampoo to 500 ml of water.
• The shampoo solution protects the adhesive during handling and positioning of the PPF on the part, but the adhesive will not activate on the paint. Therefore, rinse it off with clean water, preferably distilled, applied with a pressure sprayer.
• Carefully squeegee off excess shampoo solution to avoid residue or bubbles.
• Dry the applied film with a towel and check for any dirt or water residue under the film.
