Introducing the extremely durable JEM PPF pre-cut protective film designed to protect your vehicle's exterior. If you want to change the look of your headlights, we can prepare pre-cut film in various color shades:

• Dark black – maximum tint
• Smoked black – medium tint
• Light black – lowest tint
• White to black – transparent at night / darkened during the day
• White to purple – transparent at night / purple tint during the day

JEM PPF application instructions:

• Remove parts that might release dust or dirt (badges, trims, lights, handles…).
• Wash the vehicle thoroughly and remove all surface contaminants.
• Use wheel covers and connect the car to a maintenance charger.
• Minimize dust and avoid wearing lint-releasing clothing.
• The dry PPF becomes electrostatically charged – avoid dust on the adhesive side.
• Use the correct solution – shampoo + distilled water.
• Degrease edges with IPA and decontaminate using soft clay.
• Rinse off shampoo solution from the adhesive with clean distilled water.
• To stretch and align, hold corners using surrounding panels.
• Remove excess solution thoroughly, eliminate bubbles.
• For immediate adhesion, use distilled water + IPA solution (1:3).
• Dry the film with a microfiber towel and check for contaminants or water.
• Trim excess material by 3–4 mm and wrap behind edges.
• Wrap using non-woven cloth and a heat gun (650°C), pressing out water.
• The vehicle can be delivered after 24–48 hours depending on the season.
