JEM PPF Pre-Cut Interior Film

Application of PPF JEM:

• Thoroughly clean the interior. Remove all dirt, dust, stickers, etc.
• Try to reduce dust in the vehicle interior and avoid wearing clothes that release lint or fibers during application.
• Dry PPF is statically charged after removing the carrier film, so it is essential to prevent dust particles from sticking to the adhesive side.
• Use the proper solution and technique to avoid damaging the adhesive (stripes, bubbles, tearing, etc.).
• Degrease the surface to be wrapped with clean IPA.
• Lightly spray the part to be wrapped and both sides of the PPF with a solution of shampoo and distilled water (distilled water does not leave marks after drying) – use 1–1.5 ml of shampoo per 500 ml of water.
• The shampoo solution protects the adhesive during positioning but will not activate it on paint – rinse it thoroughly with clean water, ideally distilled, using a pressure sprayer.
• Carefully squeegee out the excess solution to avoid any remaining liquid or bubbles.
• Dry the applied film with a towel and check for any contamination or moisture trapped underneath.
