Medium-sized packaging of distilled water suitable for preparing installation mixtures as well as for standalone use when applying PPF film. The pure mineral-free composition ensures optimal adhesion and minimizes the risk of bubbles or marks under the film.

PPF JEM Application:

• Wash the interior very thoroughly. Remove all dirt, dust, stickers, etc.
• Try to eliminate dust inside the vehicle during work and avoid sticking in clothing that could release lint or hairs.
• Dry PPF is charged with static electricity after removing the backing layer, so it is important to work so that dust particles do not stick to the adhesive side.
• Use the correct solution and application technique to prevent damage to the adhesive and thus the formation of unwanted streaks, bubbles, adhesive cracks, etc.
• Degrease the part to be glued with clean IPA.
• Lightly spray a solution of shampoo and distilled water on the part to be glued and on both sides of the PPF (distilled water does not leave stains on the interior after drying). For 500ml of water add 1–1.5ml of shampoo.
• The shampoo solution protects the adhesive during handling and positioning of the PPF on the part, but the adhesive will not be activated on the paint. Therefore, it must be rinsed off with clean water, preferably distilled again, poured into a pressure sprayer.
• Carefully squeegee off excess shampoo solution so that no residues or bubbles remain anywhere.
• Dry the applied film with a towel and check whether there is any dirt or water residue under the film.
