JEM Small Adhesive Kit

Kit contents:

• 300 ml shampoo/water solution
• 150 ml IPA/water solution
• 10 cm squeegee

Application of JEM PPF:

• Thoroughly clean the vehicle interior. Remove all dirt, dust, stickers, etc.
• Try to minimize dust inside the vehicle during work and avoid wearing clothing that may release lint or fibers.
• Dry PPF is charged with static electricity after the backing layer is removed, so it is important to work carefully to avoid dust particles sticking to the adhesive side.
• Use the correct solution and application technique to prevent damage to the adhesive, which can cause unwanted streaks, bubbles, or adhesive cracks.
• Degrease the area to be covered with clean IPA.
• Lightly spray the part to be covered and both sides of the PPF with a shampoo and distilled water solution (distilled water does not leave spots after drying). Add 1–1.5 ml shampoo to 500 ml water.
• The shampoo solution protects the adhesive during handling and positioning of the PPF on the part but does not activate the adhesive on the paint. Therefore, it must be rinsed off with clean, preferably distilled water, poured into a pressure spray bottle.
• Thoroughly squeegee off any excess shampoo solution to prevent residue or bubbles.
• Dry the applied film with a towel and check that there are no impurities or water residues under the film.
