High density 380 GSM and short, dense fibers make it an ideal material for leveling ceramic coatings.

Composition:

• 80% polyester
• 20% polyamide

Care Instructions:

• Wash at 40 °C
• Do not dry clean
• Dry on a gentle cycle
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
• Do not use fabric softeners

JEM PPF Application:

• Thoroughly clean the vehicle interior. Remove all dirt, dust, stickers, etc.
• Try to minimize dust in the vehicle interior during work and do not apply in clothing that may release lint or fibers.
• Dry PPF is statically charged after removing the liner, so it is important to work in a way that prevents dust particles from sticking to the adhesive side.
• Use the correct solution and application technique to avoid damaging the adhesive and causing unwanted streaks, bubbles, or adhesive tears.
• Degrease the bonded part with clean IPA.
• Lightly spray the bonded part and both sides of the PPF with a shampoo and distilled water solution (distilled water will not leave stains after drying). Add 1–1.5 ml of shampoo to 500 ml of water.
• The shampoo solution protects the adhesive during handling and positioning of the PPF on the part, but the adhesive will not activate on the paint. Therefore, it must be rinsed with clean water, preferably distilled, applied with a pressure sprayer.
• Carefully squeegee excess shampoo solution to avoid residue or bubbles.
• Dry the applied film with a towel and check for any dirt or water residue under the film.
