Isopropyl 300 ml – Cleaning Solution for Perfect Surface Preparation

PPF JEM Application:

• Thoroughly clean the vehicle interior. Remove all dirt, dust, stickers, etc.
• Try to minimize dust inside the vehicle during work and avoid wearing clothing that may release lint or hairs.
• Dry PPF film is statically charged after removing the carrier layer, so it is important to avoid dust particles sticking to the adhesive side.
• Use the correct solution and application technique to prevent damage to the adhesive and the formation of unwanted streaks, bubbles, or adhesive tears.
• Degrease the part to be applied with pure IPA.
• Lightly spray a solution of shampoo and distilled water onto the part and both sides of the PPF film (distilled water does not leave stains on the interior after drying). Use 1–1.5 ml shampoo in 500 ml water.
• The shampoo solution protects the adhesive during handling and positioning of the PPF film on the part but does not activate the adhesive on the paint. Therefore, it is necessary to rinse it off with clean water, preferably distilled water again, poured into a pressure sprayer.
• Carefully squeegee off excess shampoo solution to avoid any residue or bubbles.
• Dry the applied film with a towel and check for any dirt or water residues under the film.
