Instructions for Use

• Before applying paint protection, the paint must be dry and decontaminated from iron fallout and tar.
• If necessary, perform mechanical decontamination of the paint using clay.
• You can read about the claying process in our article "car waxing and its preparation".
• Ceramic coating must not be applied in direct sunlight or in a heated garage.
• Ideally, the paint should undergo machine polishing unless it's a new car.
• Just before applying the ceramic coating, the paint must be degreased, e.g., using Gyeon Q2M Prep cleaner.
• Always wear protective rubber gloves before application.
• CarPro Gliss can be applied no sooner than 4 hours after applying CQuartz ceramic coating.
• Wrap the soft side of the application block with the included application cloth and apply an appropriate amount of product along the entire length of the application block.
• Apply CarPro ceramic coating to an area of 50 × 50 cm, working panel by panel.
• Apply the product in two perpendicular directions (crosswise) in a thin continuous layer.
• After application, you can immediately wipe with a short-pile microfiber cloth.
• Use multiple cloths; we recommend using up to 4 cloths for one car. It's important to keep cloths dry and clean for flawless results.
• Rotate the application cloth as soon as it becomes contaminated with dust.
• After both sides are contaminated or when it starts to harden, replace it with a new one.
• Properly illuminate the surface with external light or use a headlamp.
• Ideally, after 60 minutes or more, apply a second (or additional) layer of ceramic coating in the same way for even higher durability. Applying more layers is not necessary.
• Before first contact with water, leave the vehicle for 24 hours in a dry environment.
• Do not wash the car for the first week after application.
• Over time, to refresh the hydrophobic layer, occasionally use CarPro Reload.
• Subsequent car maintenance after applying paint protection is very simple – just wash the vehicle with quality shampoo, such as CarPro Reset.
