The original CarPro Large applicator for ceramic coating application features a black working surface made from soft 4 mm foam, while the rest consists of rigid, non-absorbent orange polyurethane with the brand’s logo. This design minimizes absorbency and prevents wasting ceramic coating compared to traditional foam or microfiber applicators.

Thanks to its rectangular shape and compact size (8 × 15 cm), it offers precise application, while the 2.5 cm thickness ensures a firm grip, even when wearing gloves. When applying CarPro CQuartz coatings or FlyBy rain repellents, the applicator is used with microfiber cloth wraps to ensure even application. Longitudinal slits allow secure attachment of the cloth, improving comfort and preventing accidental drops. The soft surface conforms well to slight surface irregularities.
